We are
going to write about a historical Argentinian character. He was called Roque
Saenz Peña and he was the author of the “ELECTORAL LAW” and with this he help
to finish the fraud and exclusion.
He used to study at university but he stopped
it to join to army.
We think that Roque Saenz Peña seem like a
confident person because when he started to work in the new government, he kept
this work sending the Parliament the project of suffrage law.
We
suppose that he looked like a friendly person because in 1884, in Buenos Aires,
he started publishing “SUD AMERICA” newspaper with his friends Paul Groussac,
Carlos Pellegrini and Exequiel Ramos Mejía.
We think he got on very well with his
father. We know it because Roque refused to comfort his father and he left the
candidature.
He had a moustache and a big forehead.
He was slim and he was a bald person.
The electoral act took place on March
13, 1910 with lots of irregularities on October 12, 1910.
